Accounting Assistant

AutoFlash is looking for an accounting clerk.

As an accounting clerk, you will assist the accountant with various accounting tasks.

At least one year's experience in automotive sales accounting is required. Since many of our tools are technological, the candidate must have good computer skills. The candidate must also have a sense of autonomy and be punctual. Good collaboration with other employees is essential, because at AutoFlash, the priority is a more than satisfactory working atmosphere, respect for others and harmony.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• the entry of daily accounting operations (entry and control of invoices, maintaining the purchase and sales book, bank reconciliation);
• pay slips and tax and social security declarations;
• calculating travel expenses and professional reimbursements for company employees;
• the accounting balance;
• management of supplier and customer accounting;
• VAT and corporate tax returns;
• tracking stocks and company administrative mail.

Knowledge of Reynold's (ERA) software is a big advantage and bilingualism is important. Number of hours per week: to be discussed.

Formation:

• DEP/AEC or Certificate (Desired)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Required)
• Accounting in a Dealership Car, truck, ATV or RV dealership: 1 year (Preferred)
